Club rooms and ground
The club is located at David McFarlane Reserve, corner of Hotham and Melbourne Roads, Sorrento.

Incident Report Form

SJFC has an Incident Report procedure. The club treats any incidents seriously and has a process to handle them.
If you witness an injury to an individual, damage to property or environment, a near miss or any conduct or behavioural problems please download and complete the Incident Report Form, and give it to the Club Secretary or your Team Manager.
Reports may be made anonymously but, if you provide your details, the club will report back to you on the outcomes. The club can only accept hand written forms, either delivered in person or via the post to Sorrento Junior Football Club, PO Box 368, Sorrento, VIC, 3943
